1-Year Warranty
All MomMed products purchased from our official website include a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
1. Accidental damage, misuse, disassembly, improper handling or storage, or any damage caused by unintended use.
2. Liquid damage, including milk or water entering the motor.
3. Normal wear and tear of accessories (only the motor is covered).
4. Products not purchased by the original buyer (e.g., second-hand or gifted items).
5. Orders that have already been refunded.
6. Expired warranty periods or cases exceeding the allowed warranty limit.
7. Testing products, promotional giveaways, and free samples.
8. Cases where the product is disliked or no longer wanted, with no quality issues present.

2. Contact Us: If you need to claim your warranty, please email support@mommed.com and include the following details:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Quantity of faulty products
- Your shipping address
- Serial Number (for S21 breast pump)
3. Warranty Process: Once the issue is confirmed, our friendly team will guide you through the next steps. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

1. Proof is Key: Keep your original purchase receipt from MomMed.com. It’s required for warranty claims.
2. Visual Evidence Matters: Photos or videos of the issue are crucial. They help us determine if your claim qualifies under our warranty.
3. Refunds & Warranty:
- Refunds: For U.S. orders, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days, refunds are no longer available. For EU and UK orders, we regret that we cannot offer a 30-day return service. However, if there is a quality issue with the product, we will do our best to resolve it.
- Warranty: For manufacturing defects, you have a 1-year warranty. The warranty starts from your original order date, not the replacement date.
4. What’s Covered vs. What’s Not: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
5. We’ve Got You Covered: If your product qualifies under our warranty, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
