TRACK YOUR ORDER

- Normally if the orders have been shipped out, your orders cannot be canceled.

NOTE:
- The delivery time does not include the required processing fime (which is usually 2 working days).
- Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses(APO, FPO).
- Please make sure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.
- If your order contains pre-sale items, your order will not be shipped until the pre-sale items are in stock. We're sorry that we do not support split shipment at the moment.
