Important Notice Regarding MomMed Account Cancellation
Before proceeding with the cancellation of your MomMed account, please carefully read and agree to the following terms:
1. Irreversible Action:
Cancelling your MomMed account is a non-recoverable process. Prior to cancellation, it is your responsibility to back up all data associated with your account. Once your account is cancelled, all services provided under the account will cease. Your personal information will either be deleted, made inaccessible, or anonymized in compliance with applicable laws and agreements.
2. Verification Process:
Before processing your cancellation request, we will verify the following to ensure account security and asset protection:
- Your account is secure without any risk of theft or blockage. If security concerns arise, please contact customer service for assistance.
- Account-related assets and rights have been settled or voluntarily relinquished.
There are no outstanding orders or payments made within the last 15 days. - The account does not have active memberships or auto-renewal services.
3. Loss of Access:
Upon cancellation of your MomMed account:
- You will lose access to all account functionalities and will not be able to retrieve any associated content or information, even if you re-register using the same contact information or third-party login.
- This includes all account profile details, historical data (such as nicknames, avatars, message logs, posts, photos, videos, and personal health records), which will be permanently inaccessible.
4. Suspension of Cancellation:
MomMed reserves the right to suspend cancellation proceedings if your account is under investigation, litigation, or subject to complaints by other users.
5. Liabilities and Responsibilities:
Cancelling your MomMed account does not exempt MomMed from any liabilities or responsibilities arising from your account activities prior to cancellation.
