This has a nice adhesion, but itās not so bad that it hurts to remove. The gel has a nice cooling, and soothing effect on my skin. It has not fallen off. And I like that you are even able to cut it to size. I took a photo of myself wearing this, and you can see that it is a suitable size for adults as well as children. I do recommend this! These strips also come individually packaged. And they have an easily removable clear strip that covers the adhesion part. I love that it came in a pack of 20!
These fever patches came in handy when my husband came down with a fever and sore throat. Great cooling temperature and the adhesion sticks but doesn't leave any residue or weird smell like menthol on some other brands. The cooling patches are perfect for adults and teens, but too big for children and toddlers.
