How to Return a Product
Follow these steps for a smooth return process:
1. Check Eligibility: Email support@mommed.com to confirm if your return is eligible. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
2. Provide Details: Include the following information in your email:
- Type of Request (Replacement/Refund)
- Email Address
- Contact Name
- Order ID
- Issue Details
- Refund Reason
- Package Picture
3. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the item back.
4. Return Deadline: For U.S. orders, you have 30 days from initiating the return to ship it back. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once we receive the item.
Important Notes
30-Day Flexibility: For U.S. orders, you have 30 days to return your purchase—no questions asked. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a 30-day return service for EU and UK orders. However, if there are any quality issues with your product, please refer to our Warranty policy, and we will gladly assist you.
Keep It New: Returned products must be unused, with original, unopened packaging. Products showing signs of wear, damage, cleaning, or alteration will not be accepted. Don’t forget to include any complimentary gifts when returning the package.
Exclusions: Non-returnable items and free gifts are exempt from this policy.
Return Only MomMed Products: Please ensure you’re returning a MomMed product, as we cannot accept returns for non-MomMed items.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Note that the original order’s shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
